TeamWork Live works to provide you with the best possible service for your collaboration needs. We provide this page as a way for you to track the real-time status of the site and to get details about any service disruptions. Service disruptions longer than 10 minutes will be automatically shown in the list below.

Additionally, to ensure that you still have access to your information even when the main site is unavailable, we have set up a backup site at http://backup.teamworklive.com. Please keep this URL somewhere handy so that you will be able to access the backup site should the main site become unavailable. The backup site will be down daily from 11PM - 12AM PST (7AM - 8AM GMT) for maintenance.

The automated system that we have set up to automatically recover from hardware failure was not working correctly which was causing the site instability the last few days. We believe that we have fixed the problem and will be monitoring the site closely to make sure that it's fixed.
